performance by MARGHERITA PEVERE with IVAN PENOV, CÈLINE CHARVERIAT, LUCÍA IGLESIAS BLANCO and DIANA VIEIRA
Lament (2022 – 2024) is a new performance and installation belonging to Pevere's long-term project untaming death, which explores death from a more-than-human perspective in times of environmental disruption. In this context Lament focuses on the aftermath of wildfires, occurrences with complex ecological roles and with noxious effects on unbalanced ecologies.

"Binah should be understood as a poetic-artistic premise, an audiovisual installation/performance imprinted on perception that, inspired by the nature and the landscape in which we live, dialogues with the silkworm with the aim of bringing the viewer to raise awareness with more complex social issues that affect our way of life contemporary, particularly that of living, understood in both the physical and inner sense."

live audio-visual performance by PAOLA PISANI & IVAN PENOV
In an intimate and hypnotic journey, Paola Pisani and I created this audiovisual improvisation where I elaborated raw data of sound polluted soundscapes I did in Trieste. The idea was create a sensorial experience as a kind of bubble where the sound pollution is inverted. Instead of disturbing sounds I created meditative yet extreme sound worlds where the audible limits are physical spaces of a mantric event

The work is the second part of the "Trilogy of Temporality", an audio-visual project conceived by Roberto Doati. The audio and video footage was distributed over time according to the rhythms and phases of static and extreme dynamism typical of wine production. The visual composition thus adheres to the chaotic nature of the dynamic processes of wine production due to weather and biological conditions that cannot be completely controlled by humans.

15-minute collection of five short audio-visual pieces by MARGHERITA PEVERE & IVAN PENOV
"Impromptus" is a 15-minute collection of five short audio-visual pieces as part of the larger artwork "Liquid Debris" by the artist Margherita Pevere. It deals with the erasure and erosion of the visual information that is stored in the gelatine layer of photographic film. The films play with the bodily aesthetics of corrupted photographic images and discarded sonic material.

Entropy Swing
audiovisual composition by IVAN PENOV
In a condition of personal scarcity, where anything could happen and nothing happened, I spent evenings observing "poor" or everyday objects and finding their own dynamics. Sometimes it was a psychological dynamism, where, enraptured by meditation, I would experience hallucinations.

Unstern
performance by FRANCESCA BERGAMASCO, ASJA GRAUF & IVAN PENOV
"Unstern" is a live performance in 3 scenes created together with singer Francesca Bergamasco and flutist Asja Grauf. It is about alienating oneself and making one's physicality uncomfortable and obsolete. After a total annihilation of self, a virtuoso improvisation takes place in a kind of sterile bubble where everything is extremely extraneous.

Edgeless
In a kind of transformation where nothing is left of the bow and where it seems to evaporate, abstraction takes place through a hypnotic trance where one loses the sense of belonging. "Edgeless" is weightless, without a precise identity where one wanders in an almost cosmic space.
